I think the over abundance of political threads is hurting the offshore forum

I'm usually not one to have a problem with off topic or political threads in the offshore section but I think it's got to a point of over saturation .

I know it's a big election year and everyone is trying to figure out which one of these idiots is the 2nd worst candidate of all time vs which is the #1 worst of all time but the content in these threads is some of the worst stuff I have ever read . Maybe the low point of this entire forums history.

I appreciate the powers that be that allows freedom of speach to the level it's allowed at this place but I think we have gone just a tad bit too much to the other extreme.

Im not saying no political threads. Maybe just have 1 or 2 dedicated threads in the offshore for politics.
This would allow those 4 people that argue about the same thing everyday for the last 5 years to argue about the the same thing for the next 5 years.

I have been visiting less for that very reason.

The Admin should seriously consider flushing some of the worthless posters because its driving solid daily visitors away. Ive been coming here for around 15 years. Sad to say that my interest is fading due to a few worthless clowns that are seemingly stinking up a majority of threads here.

Nov 8th can't get here fast enough.
Then you will have about 2 weeks worth of threads about rigged elections then maybe things will return back to normal after that

Seems like it has really gutted the main board. I feel like there is very minimal discussion about college and pro football compared to past years.

I'll check to see how my man Cruise fantasy football team is doing because of the emotional investment that so many of us posters have in that but not many threads worth clicking on these days.

The beta male gene is the problem. You can tell the 4-5 guys here who have it. They are the pasty, weak souls, who feel they have to respond to every Trump thread. The funny thing is they have went so beta they bash Trump/Pence but not one has come out of the closet as a Hillabeast supporter.

On to your point....it will last about 5 more weeks and then the threads will return about what color socks do you prefer.

offshore is really a melting pot anyhow, a poorly named general discussion forum

if you want strict gambling conversations, there are gambling forums on this site where politics should be forbidden

Over saturation is what has happened. I could see one or two ongoing threads where the hardcore Trump and Hillary supporters are there battling it out.
But it's a new one everyday, where the same hardcore supporters are in there saying the exact same shit they said in the other 20 threads.
